The front rubs on my horses shoulders, and has also rubbed her chest at the front. I've tried sending 3 seperate emails to get some help as I would like to return the rug it was very pricey at $229 and the front doesn't adjust but haven't received any responses. I had high hopes for this brand but I'm not a happy customer now.

Store owner replied: Hi Rebecca, I am so sorry to see your disappointment, I have searched our inboxes and cannot find any emails from you - we are also available by phone, and social media DMs. Two things with the Breeze, one is it might be a bit big on your horse allowing it to move too much, i would love to get some information from you with regard to her breed/type, build/conformation and what size she has worn in other brands etc. The 2nd thing is that some horses are more sensitive skinned and for those we have a Sensitive Skin Chest protector, it's a small pillow bib that attaches onto the front closure of our rugs, we keep it small to reduce having unnecessary excess fabric, and it would solve the front rub for you. The photo of the rub that looks like it's at the top of the side of the leg I don't think is the rug, because it doesn't look like the rug is touching there. We prefer not to have adjustable fronts and rather find the size and style that works best for the individual horse. You should be able to reply to this and if I don't hear from you I will follow up directly anyway as we can start to solve your issue by sending you out a Sensitive Skin Chest Protector to start with and assess whether or not that is the right way forward after that.
