How long will the sale last, and when does it start?
We rarely have sales, but when we do you need to be fast to take advantage of the offers. Make sure you are signed up to our VIP email list to know when it goes live and this will also mean you get reminders when it's go-time!
How do I know you have the item in stock?
Our website has real-time stock levels - this means it says it's out of stock if we are sold out and it lets you add it to cart if we have it. Of course there can occasionally be little glitches when a whole bunch of people are trying to buy the same item at the same time that is limited in stock as the system has to try to keep up with that but we if in the rare occasion that happens, we will do our best to let you know as quickly as possible and we will try to offer something similar or a refund if for some reason we cannot supply what you ordered.
I bought something at full price and now it's on sale?
We can accept price adjustments as a store credit only within 24 hours of a newly discounted item. We do not offer price adjustments to purchases made prior to or after sales events. Sale items are while supplies last. Once the item is back in stock the sale discount will not apply.
Methods of Shipment?
Standard Eparcel/Auspost at a super low flat rate! Express post on orders up to 5kg. And for those local to us, you can select Click/Collect/Pick up. If you make multiple orders that need to be posted, please do not select Pick Up on the subsequent orders as they will not be posted and you will need to pay postage to receive them. We are unable to combine orders after you've placed them.
How long will it take to get my order?
We normally dispatch within 1 business day but during peak times such as this, it will be 5-7 business days before dispatch of your order. We ship the majority of parcels with Eparcel/AusPost and you will get a tracking number by email at the end of the day of dispatch.
If I choose Express Post will my order be dispatched quicker?
A common question! The short answer is no. We don't/can't see the express post selection until your order is in our hands for picking and packing. However, if you choose express post, AusPost will prioritise it over standard post options. Express is available on orders up to 5kg in weight only. We pick and pack orders in numerical order to be as efficient as we can at getting them out the door to you!
Can I use discount codes?
Unfortunately no! If you have a code it will be available after the sale ends. This includes referral codes and review codes. These will be available after the sale.
Can I use a gift card or store credit?
You can! Click through to the checkout and show order summary, you'll see the box appear to enter your code there. Please be aware that using a gift card or store credit voucher will knock out the gift with purchase offers in your shopping cart!
Can I redeem and use my loyalty points?
If the gear you need and want is already discounted unfortunately you can't redeem points vouchers against your cart on this one. You can still earn points!
If I don't love what I get can I return it?
Keep the tags on and keep it spotless and follow our normal returns process linked in the footer to exchange. No refunds available on sale items. This excludes items sold as final sale.
What is on sale?
Heaps of great gear for you and your horse! Not every style and colour though, so check the combination you've selected before you add to cart. The price will show on the product page.
I need help with sizing!!
Check out the sizing guides linked in the footer of the website OR shoot us an email hello@leaderequine.com.au. Emails are much better than phone calls or DMs during busy times like these.
What payment methods can I use?
Same as always, PayPal, Credit Cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, AfterPay! To get AfterPay, you must click all the way through to the checkout, there are express pay options earlier in the process for other methods.
I've saved items in my cart, will they be there when I process my checkout?
We'd love to say yes but nothing is secure until you've completed your payment.
If I choose Click/Collect when will it be ready?
Your order will be available for collection from our HQ within 2-7 business days - it just depends on where you are in the queue! You will get a text message when it's available.
Can I combine my orders?
Unfortunately not a possibility, we can't play favourites ;) and we must allow our team to be as efficient as possible to get as many orders out per day as they can, we pick and pack in numerical order.
