Warehouse Operative - Forklift operator, Experienced Pick Packer
Location - our new warehouse and offices in Keysborough Vic 3173
Hours - Full-time Monday to Friday 8-4

Key Attributes
- You will have 2-3 years experience in pick packing and have your forklift licence.
- Strong work ethic and detail-oriented, able to work on own, as well as in the team as needed,
- Bonus attribute - you are an equestrian yourself!
- Must be fit and active, capable of handling boxes up to 20kg and ask for help as needed.
Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and dispatching in a timely manner the day's orders - this includes both small parcels and larger pallet orders.
- Re-stocking of pickfaces
- Stock counts both in cycle and end of year stocktakes
- Operating the forklift to bring down pallets from racking and the organising of stock onto pallets to be stored as needed on racking
- Checking deliveries, receiving goods in - this will be small orders, returns parcels and LCLs/FCLs (shipments and containers of seasonal stock).
- You will need to be adaptable to a busy, noisy and sometimes hot/cold environment
- You will be open to working with the team to complete additional duties as assigned by the team lead/management as needed
- You will encourage a safe working environment
- You will be comfortable using computer systems and barcode scanning software (training and support is available).

Customer Service & Sales Support
Location - our new offices in Keysborough Vic 3173
Hours - Part-time Monday 9-5, Wednesday 9-5, occasionally there may be some work at trade shows on weekends.

Key Attributes
- 2-3 years experience of customer service and sales
- Strong understanding of professional handling of customer service enquiries
- Equestrian background
- Enjoy helping people find what they need for their horses and you enjoy achieving sales.
- Adaptable to working within a small team and supporting other members as needed.
- Exceptional follow-through, what is promised is delivered
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails and other communications from customers
- Enter orders using our systems that include inventory management, shopify and POS.
- Building rapport with customers and team members.
- Assist at trade shows as requested
- Assist with stock counts and stocktake
- Assist with the warehouse pick/pack when needed
