Important Info:

We make every effort to pick, pack and dispatch orders exactly as you have selected when ordering, following a strict process in our warehouse. Please ensure you check your order on arrival and notify us immediately if something appears incorrect.  If your order has been delivered 3 days or more, it is taken that you are happy with your item(s) received. 

Local Pick Up:

Orders may be picked up free of charge from our Head Office located in Craigieburn, Victoria from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Choose option Local Pick Up when entering your contact information during checkout. If you choose Ship and pay shipping charges, we are unable to refund this charge after you've made payment, if you then decide to collect it.  We will contact you when it's ready. During peak times your order may not be available for collection for up to 7 business days. 

Standard Domestic Shipping:

We ship the majority of our orders as tracked parcels with AusPost though we can occasionally use couriers.

For small very lightweight orders under 1kg, a flat rate of $4.95 applies.

For orders of 1kg up to 20kg (about 3-5 medium weight winter turnouts depending on which style you go for) a flat rate of just $14.95 applies.

For larger heavier orders, anything over 20kg, a flat rate of 24.95 applies.

We cannot combine orders to save shipping nor refund a shipping charge from a second order placed. Please check you are happy with your order before you confirm your payment.

Express Shipping: $24.95 for orders up to 5kg in weight. If Express doesn't show as an option for you, your order is too heavy. You can place your order with our standard flat rate and if you would like Express Post please contact us hello@leaderequine.com.au to get a quote for the difference.

Our Dispatch:

We endeavour to dispatch same day or next business day (depending on the time the order is placed) but certainly within 1-2 business days most of the time.  In peak periods (March, June, November for example) this can be up to 7 business days.  If you decide to cancel your orders after we have packed but before we have dispatched, you will be issued with store credit vouchers to use on
the website.

If we have packed and issued a shipping label we will be unable to withdraw the dispatch as your order will be in a crate or truck by that point.

If you place an order by mistake and need to cancel it and we have not picked/packed or dispatched it, your refund will be less the handling + fees we are charged for the payment processing
already done.
