Flat Rate Shipping Australia-Wide

For orders up to 500g in weight, a flat rate of $8.95 will apply

For orders of 501g up to 20kg in weight, a super low flat rate of $14.95 will apply

For orders that weigh in excess of 20kg, a super low flat rate of $24.95 will apply

$24.95 for Express Post of orders up to 5kg within Australia.

Express Post means your order will be dispatched via Express Post with Australia Post. It doesn't skip the queue in terms of orders being picked and packed. 

Local Pick Up - applicable from Aug 12th 2025

If you are local to our office in Keysborough, 3173 Vic, and wish to pick up your order you can select the free of charge Pick up option when entering your contact info during checkout. Do not proceed with payment if shipping charges are still applying as we cannot refund these once the order is processed if you decide to collect it.

Shopping from the rest of the world? Shipping costs will be viewable when in the checkout. If your order exceeds 20kg in weight a rate will not show for you. International orders (excluding New Zealand) are dispatched using International Express Post from Australia Post/Eparcel with tracking. Orders from New Zealand are dispatched with standard International Eparcel/AusPost service with tracking.  On day of dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. For international orders, you may or may not be liable for duty or import fees on arrival at your country, these are your responsibility for payment when asked by your relevant authority. 

We make every effort to pick, pack and dispatch orders exactly as you have selected when ordering, following a strict process in our warehouse. Please ensure you check your order on arrival and notify us immediately if something appears incorrect.  If your order has been delivered 3 days or more, it is taken that you are happy with your item(s).
