Description

Horseware's innovative Rambo Autumn Series is ideal for use in trans-seasonal weather for horses that are prone to overheating.

This technical turnout is super lightweight while being waterproof and highly breathable. Hybrid fabric application combines technical sporty softshell that is super breathable yet waterproof across the back of the horse, durable 900D polyester panels on bottom half also waterproof, along with open-weave mesh panels across the chest and shoulder area to promote superior air circulation.

The Rambo Autumn Series features a full satin lined neck cover rather than just satin over the mane section.

The fabric used in the Rambo Autumn Series is different to all other turnout fabric. It's a very 'sporty' fabric across the contoured top section and is not going to withstand heavy scratching on trees or sharp fences, or determined attention from sets of teeth! It is, however, a staff favourite for the change in seasons providing versatility, comfort and superior breathability.

Love everything about this rug from the disc front to the versatility In removing the liner and the fact you can leave it on knowing your horse will still be dry even if a few showers come through .

Great rug for sunny winter days, wet winter days and everything in between. I put another rug on at night and because this rug is soft, it’s a good under layer so I don’t have more rug changes in the dark

Absolutely love this rug. 4 days of pouring rain and my horses stayed dry and didn’t overheat when it got muggy and humid. I have sized up 2 sizes as it is a small fit. My thoroughbred is 16.2 and chunky and usually fits a 6’3” or 6’6”. For this rug I found that a 6’9” fit him best in shoulders and length over rump.

I actually ordered the wrong rug, I was after the spring version with mesh sides (we live in humid Auckland), but this rug is going to be great heading into colder weather here. I particularly like the quality fastenings and the included (but removable) liner

Fits well. Sized up from usual size as with liner, smaller size a bit tight. Had expected it to have more mesh but horse seems comfortable on even a slightly warmer day.
