Balancing soft luxurious comfort and super tail protection for travelling those gorgeous tails to your next clinic, competition or day out.

Choose either with Tail Bag attached, or just the Travel Tail Wrap on it's own, both options feature our beautiful velour fleece to wrap all the sensitive areas of the dock. This means the tail head, tail hair over the tailbone and importantly the skin underneath the dock.  This is the same luxurious velour as you will find in our Champion Show Rug.

Both have the long velcro fastening for security and in such a way as to avoid strapping that can irritate. No neoprene is uses for breathability around the dock & near the sensitive skin under the tail.

With Tail Bag Attached - this option comes with the tail bag attached to the Tail Wrap, the full length of the wrap and bag is 129cm excluding the shaped piece sitting above the top of the dock. 

Why did we make this? We wanted something that was super protective for the hair and skin on the tail from the inside of the wrap, as well as comfortable for the horse to wear without pressure or irritation to the horse from the outside of the wrap.

Tail Wrap without Tailbag - for those who don't need a tail bag, keeping it simple for horses who still need tail protection when travelling to lessons, clinics or competitions. 

Top part - Padded polycotton outer, velour inner for sensitive areas, no neoprene for sensitive horses and breathabilty.

Bag - polyester, waterproof/breathable

Washing - cold wash, preferably gently by hand to protect the velour fibres. If in a machine use a gentle/delicate cycle with cold water, close the velcro, and put it in a mesh garment bag. Air dry flat with velour fibres facing up. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Mild detergent only.

Having seen an ad for the LE tail wrap, I knew I had to get one for when I float my GRP on hot days. I would usually have to make sure he has a rug and tail bag attached as when he does a ‘poo’, it ends up smooshed into his tail bag, but with the new tail wrap, he can be floated naked while still keeping his tail white rather than green!

It's a shame the length of the travel tail bag is quite short. The last 5 inches of my girls tail to gets 'dirty' every trip. On the plus side, it is easy to wash off and quick dry.

These have replaced the neoprene style tail bags for me, and I just love this. So soft, easy to clean and stayed on through the whole journey.
