Perfect wide chested percheron fit. it does constantly slip to one side at the butt, the fleece bunches up a bit underneath too contributing to the slipping. This is the best fitting rug we have ever had for our girl though.

The LE Boxer Turnout is my fourth leader equine rug and I love it as much as the others. The fit is great, the front closure is perfect and it looks great. I know it won’t be my last leader equine rug.
Love this rug! Perfect for horses who run hot but need something a bit warmer. Looks great as well very smart with the navy and red.
We’ve had 220mm of rain in the last 2 weeks and these are fantastic, great on their own for mild temperature wet days and then pop a liner in for those cold nights we get in N.E. Victoria. Highly recommended.
Quality rug. The T bar front enclosures take a little getting used to. Good fit for broader chested horses.

Store owner replied: Hi Cassy, Glad you are enjoying the quality of our rugs, I have a tip for you on the front closures - When you go to open the rug, open the front velcro and then the back bib, only then do the clips as it's easier, and when closing the rug, close the clips first, then sweep your hand behind to close the bib and then do the front velcro. And if your horse is putting his head down just stick your shoulder under his neck. I can send you a video if you want to see me do it :)
Thrilled with this rug. Perfect for the weather on Mid North Coast NSW at this time of year. Yet to experience our rain episodes but I’m positive it will keep my horse dry. Fleece is great, fit and overall quality is fabulous! The LE brand will be my “go to” from now on. Thanks, Shelley

I love these rugs. They are nice and lightweight and I can get away with minimal rug changes as the seasons are changing and we get more sprinkles of rain. I love the fleece lining, the only thing is I’d like the fleece to continue along the mane line to protect that area better. But overall great quality. 😍 I love the fact I can mix/match liners now to get heavier fill without the need for multiple rugs.
Perfect rug for our unpredictable Victorian winter/spring seasons. My big boy runs warm, so this is a great option when he just needs something in between. He’s a big chested horse and I sized up after checking the size chart, glad I did as it fits perfectly.

Love the fit and price. It’s roomier than equivalent horseware rugs so a good fit for our draught horse. A bit too roomy for our TBs. The rug is two layers - inner lining and outer waterproof layer. The outer layer slides around alot while the inner lining staus put because of the fleece section. This means the rug often slides to one side and gets stuck. In order to straighten the whole rug out i need to unclip everything abd flap it out. It would be better if there was stitching to keep the two layers aligned.
My first LE rug purchase and I love it. Great fit- ordered regular size rather than sizing up as I would with the Horseware range, and it is perfect. The polar fleece insert is great for a damp horse. Rug is warm but not too hot for in between weather. Love the field safe design. The neck rug is easy to attach and not at all fiddly.
The neck is far too big and sat uncomfortably on my mares wither. This is despite it not being too long and a very stout mare By the way, my name is Kylie

Store owner replied: Hi Kylie, would love if you could take some photos and send them through to us, it sounds like it's a size too big and if it were a tad smaller it would hold in front correctly. The fleece lining can complicate things for some horses given it doesn't slip over the coat the way our anti-bacterial lining does, so if we can check the sizing first and then assess from there if that's the issue or the style is the issue for your horse. Love that its bit bigger the pleats over the rump are big so it sits up a bit
