Our Boxter 3D Air Liner has been designed to perfectly complement your Boxter Turnout.  Encompassing the same Boxter Dart feature for shoulder freedom to allow your top rug to function as it was designed to. 

The Boxter 3D Air Liner is made from a 3D construction of mesh that creates hundreds of tiny little air pockets through the liner under your top rug. This allows for better  circulation of air under the rug which in turn creates additional comfort for your horse when the temperatures start to drop somewhat but you're not ready for a full 100g increase in fill. 

The 2nd and arguably best feature of the 3D mesh is its ability to wick moisture.  As the horse pushes moisture to the ends of the coat hairs, the 3D liner will pick it up and the warm air held through the mesh then assists to quickly dry the moisture, allowing you to rug up your horse before they are fully dry when turning them back out to the paddock. You still should appropriately cool down your horse from exercise and ensure you have scraped the excess water off if you have washed them. 

The liner is attached by two velcro tabs on the neck liner to D Rings on the top rug, and two clips at the back to the available Rings at the back of the top rug and has a single velcro chest closure for stability at the front. 

For best performance, use next to your horse's coat with no cotton underneath.

  • machine wash on cold or a max of 30 degrees
  • gentle spin and line dry in the shade away from direct source of heat

Good idea. Nice weight and dries the horse. However, the attachments to the top rug which is its match seem back to front so the rug does not stay attached as it slides through the Velcro and pulls back. The attachments need sewing the other way to stay done up.
