Fabric

Strong 1200D polyester waterproof and breathable outer.
Antibacterial, anti-static, shine enhancing polyester lining. 150g fill.

  • Now with Liner Loops!
  • Cut to fit the larger horse with a more generous neck and drop, with optimum dart placement.
  • V-Front Closure: eliminates pressure on the shoulder allowing for more comfort while grazing.
  • Leg arches: unique design to maintain freedom of movement while allowing the rug to stay secure under belly and offer additional belly coverage.
  • Reflective strips for increased visibility.
  • Three cross surcingles.
  • Neck Rug loops: detachable neck rug available separately.

Fantastic rug. 16hh Holsteiner - usually a 6'3" (or a 5' NZ) In other rugs, he's had terrible shoulder rubs across his chest in other rugs (even rubbed raw by the straps/buckles of another rug!). He's been wearing his new Amigo XL for a couple of weeks and is finally starting to grow hair back on his shoulders. He's also pretty low on the pecking order and it's been holding up well in the paddock so far! He's even stopped pulling faces when I rug him up - a happy, warm, dry boy!

I'm very impressed with these rugs . Great fit and perfect for this time of year. Just got back from a competition it was a very chillie windy day and my boy was very warm all day with just a cotton underneath
