Designed to elevate your horse's comfort and well-being, the LE Boxter Cotton Vest Liner is a premium addition to any equine wardrobe. Crafted from a breathable 60/40 polycotton blend (40% cotton in a cotton drill type fabric), this liner offers exceptional softness and comfort, while its lightweight design ensures optimal breathability.


Featuring our unique design-protected Boxter Dart to ensure freedom of movement through the shoulders to match your Boxter Turnouts, as well as a secure attachment system, this liner effortlessly integrates with your existing Leader Equine turnout or summer rug (yes our LE summer rugs are also liner compatible if ever you feel you need for that little something extra!).  The cotton-polyester fabric provides exceptional breathability, helping to prevent moisture buildup and maintaining a healthy skin environment. The thoughtfully designed shoulder lining and Boxter Dart allow for unrestricted movement, ensuring your horse remains comfortable and agile.
With its easy-to-pack away design and fast wash-and-dry properties, the LE Cotton Vest Liner is a practical and convenient choice for horse owners to provide a luxurious yet functional underlayer for your horse's rug. Please ensure you attach this liner into a compatible top rug whether that's as an additional layer for your LE Field Safe Summer Sheet, or into an LE Boxter Turnout.

Please note on clipped coats, any fabric like cotton, fleece, wool, there will be more friction or grip of the fabric on the shorter hairs. For some horses it doesn't affect them, for others they are better to operate without those fabrics while the hair is short and sharp. Our other liners with fill are anti-bacterial nylon 210T fabric that slips over the coat and ideal to use on clipped coats and can be washed in a machine easily.

  • Aids in reducing washing of your *turnout rugs
    *we prefer you only wash your turnouts once a year, the turnouts do have anti-bacterial properties so should not require more frequent washing

 


Wash maximum 30 degrees on a delicate or cotton cycle with a mild detergent with similar colours. Do not tumble dry. Line dry in the shade to prolong life. Store loosely folded in a dark, dry area.

I wanted to love it but it just doesn’t sit and for right. It is too tight around the chest when done up with full velcro but if done up looser around chest then slip up and back toward wither and front section comes up to press into base of neck. Just not right for my horse

Absolutely fantastic idea. I have put them under my Boxter 0g rugs and they are fantastic. I am going to buy a few more. Then I can just swap them over and wash the dirty one. Keeps the over rug (that isn't washable) clean.

Love the concept. I was disappointed to find that it doesn’t fit my rhino rugs well. I wished it had belly straps. It does definitely stop rug rubbing on shoulders.
