The Amigo Insulator Plus is a rug to be used on its own or under another rug, in the stable or under a turnout, even when travelling in very cold weather.

Made from a strong 210D ripstop polyester outer with shine-enhancing lining and 200g fibrefill in the body of the rug. The detachable neck rug has 150g fibrefill.

  • A classic cut design with double front closures
  • Horseware Liner Loops to add additional liners for extra warmth without bulk or drag compromising the horse's comfort
  • Fillet strap and cross surcingles
  • Detachable neck rug
Available in sizes 5'6 to 7'0 in Navy with Silver trim.

I purchased this to use under my Rambo 50 gram rug so that my boy has more insulation through the neck. It works perfectly and also allows me to use another liner if need be. It is easy to use alone while travelling as well! My only comment would be that as an under rug it doesn’t have the leg arches that the other turnouts have so sticks out a bit.
